Where are you located?
Jewell Reef is based in Finland. All pieces are designed and carefully assembled in our studio in Espoo.
Do you have a store?
We do not have a physical store at the moment. Jewell Reef is an online-only brand, allowing us to focus on small-batch pieces and thoughtful design.
Jewelry & Materials
What is your jewelry made of?
Our jewelry is made from a mix of quality metals and carefully selected decorative materials. We use stainless steel and brass with 18-24K gold plating, as well as pearls, shells, semi-precious stones, crystals, beads, and glass elements.
Many of our designs combine different textures and materials to create contrast, character, and a distinctive look. Because we work with natural and handcrafted elements, each piece may have slight variations, making it unique.
Does the color of jewelry fade over time?
Silver-tone jewelry made from stainless steel keeps its color and does not fade over time.
Gold-tone pieces are made from stainless steel or brass with 18-24K gold plating. As with all gold-plated jewelry, the plating may gradually wear with time, especially with frequent contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, or chemicals.
To help your jewelry keep its appearance longer, we recommend removing it before swimming, showering, or applying skincare and fragrance.
Do you produce jewelry in limited editions?
Yes, most of our pieces are created in limited quantities.
Many designs depend on the availability of specific materials, especially natural stones, pearls, and shells. Some pieces may return if the same materials can be sourced again, while others remain truly limited and are not reproduced.
We always aim to be transparent and let our customers know when a piece is part of a special or one-time collection.
Is it possible to make changes to a piece of jewelry that I like?
In some cases, yes.
We can usually adjust the length of a necklace or bracelet if needed. However, changes to the design itself are generally not possible, as each piece is created as a finished composition.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship orders within Finland, across Europe, and to the United States.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please note that shipping times may vary during holidays or peak periods.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship orders using the Finnish postal service Posti and UPS.
Available shipping options will be shown at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. When placing an order, you can choose the delivery option that suits you best.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Finland: 2–5 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- United States: 7–10 business days
Express shipping options may be available at checkout.
Will I have to pay customs or duties?
Orders shipped within the EU do not incur additional charges.
For orders shipped to the United States, any applicable import duties are covered by us — you will not be charged upon delivery.
For deliveries outside the EU, local customs charges may apply depending on the destination.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also access tracking information through your customer account on our website.
Returns
Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn and in its original condition and packaging.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

Who covers return shipping?
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.
What costs are deducted from my refund?
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
For orders shipped outside the EU, any duties, import/export taxes, and customs fees paid on your behalf are also non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- your order number
- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and packaging
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
