Jewell Reef workshop is located in Espoo, Finland.

Currently we don't have a physical store. All of our jewelry is featured on our own website and on the Etsy marketplace.

We have our own workshop, and the majority of our jewelry is hand-assembled. We source various materials from around the world, transforming them into beautiful pieces for you.

Additionally, we occasionally purchase ready-made jewelry from select suppliers that align with our brand values and style.

We use quality jewelry alloys, such as stainless steel and brass with 16-18K gold plating, as well as semi-precious stones, pearls, shells, crystals, beads, and other relevant materials.

Please note that, since we use natural materials, there may be slight variations in them, and the jewelry you receive may differ slightly from what is shown on the website.

Silver tone metal is made entirely of stainless steel, so the color of the jewelry remains unchanged.

Gold tone metal is usually made of stainless steel or brass with 16-18K gold plating. As with all gold-plated jewelry, the gold weakens over time when exposed to water, perfume, chemicals etc. Try to keep your jewelry away from that if possible and it will please you for a long time.

We make all new jewelry in limited editions. And then, if you like them and we can order the same materials to repeat them, they stay in the range longer.

We also produce special limited edition collections of jewelry that we don't plan to repeat, and we warn you about it in advance.

Yes, we can adjust the length of a necklace or bracelet according to your request. Modifying the design is typically not possible, but you can always contact us at contact@jewellreef.com with your request, and we will discuss available options.

We deliver orders throughout Finland and the rest of Europe.

We ship orders within 1-2 days of receiving them.

Shipping to Finland typically takes 1-3 working days, while delivery to Europe generally takes 5-7 working days, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking link so that you can follow the status of your delivery.

We ship orders using Posti and PostNord. When placing an order, you can choose a convenient pick-up point or home delivery.

As soon as your order is packed, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is available.

You have the right to return a product within 14 days from the day when you received the product.

Return costs are carried by the buyer. As we ship all over Europe, each return has its own cost.
