Refund policy

1. Returns

We accept returns in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may return their order within 14 days from the day the goods are received.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jewellreef.com and include:

• your order number

• the name of the item you wish to return

• the reason for the return

Items must be returned unused, in perfect condition, and in their original Jewell Reef packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Refunds

Approved returns that are shipped back within the applicable return period and meet the above requirements will be refunded to the original method of payment.

Refunds exclude original shipping costs, customs duties, import/export taxes, and any additional charges, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds may be withheld until the returned items have been received and inspected.

3. Shipping cost deductions

Where applicable, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refundable amount as follows:

• Finland: €8

• EU countries: €15

• Europe (non-EU): €22

• United States: €25

For U.S. orders, any customs duties, import/export taxes, or handling fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

4. Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Jewell Reef is not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us without undue delay and provide reasonable documentation (such as photographs).

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order separately.
